About the Firm

Silverwing Advisory Services is a specialist transformation advisory practice built to deliver measurable operational improvement in complex industrial environments.

A Focused Firm Built on Deep Operating Experience

Silverwing Advisory Services is the transformation advisory practice of the Silverwing Group. We deploy the Phoenix Program across mining, energy, healthcare, transport and logistics, government and state-owned enterprises, and other asset-heavy sectors in Asia-Pacific and Africa. Our senior practitioners have held leadership and delivery roles within the industries and operating environments they now advise. That experience allows us to work at owner, board and executive level while remaining grounded in the operational realities of implementation. We do not separate strategy from delivery. The people who help shape the transformation remain accountable for carrying it through to measurable and sustainable results.

What We Do and Who We Do It For

We deliver enterprise and operational transformation for organisations where performance improvement is material to the bottom line. Our principal sectors include:

Mining and Metals
Power Generation and Renewable Energy
Transport and Logistics
Healthcare
Government and State-owned Enterprises
Private Equity Portfolio Companies

We work from strategy through implementation. At owner, board and executive level, we help define the transformation agenda, quantify the value opportunity and establish the governance and performance framework. Our senior practitioners then work alongside leadership and operational teams to implement the program where performance is delivered.

The Phoenix Program provides the methodology, disciplines and accountability that connect strategic intent with operational results. Capability transfer begins during implementation, and we move to transition and handover when the required disciplines are embedded and the client can sustain the results independently.

Our commercial model reflects this outcome-focused approach. Transformation engagements typically combine an agreed professional fee with a performance-linked component tied to defined KPIs, aligning a portion of our compensation with the results agreed with the client.

Present Across Asia-Pacific and Africa

We operate across Asia-Pacific and Africa, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta and Brisbane. Our engagement history includes Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, South Africa, Zambia and Botswana, as well as other markets across the regions in which we operate. Our teams bring direct in-country experience of the regulatory, institutional, workforce, cultural and operational conditions relevant to each mandate. This allows us to adapt the Phoenix Program to the realities of the jurisdiction without changing its core principles, disciplines or accountability framework.

We work alongside leading global professional services firms, investors and technical specialists on complex enterprise transformation mandates. Silverwing participates as an equal strategic and delivery partner. Our senior practitioners then provide the embedded capacity required to carry the transformation through implementation, capability building and handover.

Our partners contribute complementary strategic, financial, governance, regulatory, technical and institutional capabilities. Together, we operate through one coordinated program with clearly defined responsibilities, aligned KPIs and accountability from strategic design through to sustainable operational results.

Professional Standards

01
Confidentiality

All client engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client identities, commercially sensitive information, operational data or engagement details without express written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.

02
Conflicts of Interest

Potential conflicts are assessed before an engagement is accepted and monitored throughout delivery. Where a material conflict is identified, it is disclosed and addressed through appropriate safeguards, client consent or a decision not to proceed.

03
Commercial Terms

Transformation engagements typically combine an agreed professional fee with a performance-linked component tied to defined and measurable outcomes. All work is governed by written engagement terms setting out the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, commercial arrangements and applicable performance measures. We do not commence an engagement without an executed agreement.

04
External Practitioners and Collaborative Partners

Where Silverwing engages external practitioners or works alongside other professional services firms, each party operates under appropriate confidentiality, conflict, contractual and information-handling requirements. Roles, responsibilities and accountability are defined before delivery begins. Where required by the engagement terms, the appointment of external practitioners or partners is also subject to client approval.
