Leading organisational transformation through innovative change leadership, operations and business development, particularly in the logistics and supply chain industry, is recognised as a key strength.
As a resident in Singapore, he led a growth agenda in APAC business units across 14 countries for European logistics MNCs for over 10 years, with 3 years leading a Global Logistics business, based in Germany, reporting to the German Board; and many years prior, as a Company Executive Director in Australia and Pacific Islands, including Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.
Currently, resident in Queensland, Australia and Managing Director of a specialist consultancy for contract logistics and associated Coaching and Mentoring services in APAC, providing strategic and corporate advice for MNC’s. As an associate of Silverwing Advisory Services Asia, he leads Corporate Transformations in logistics and supply chain. Norman holds a Master of Applied Science (Innovation and Service Management). He has also been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for 25+ years, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
